For the fist time we had standing room only at Great Lakes Tattoo! Thank you so much for coming out and celebrating our 2 year anniversary with us, we had a blast. Now that you know where we live, come back, we’d love to see you!
This month is packed with great shows to go see, and there’s a couple in particular we want to tell you about. On Monday, October 20, Story Collector Presents (also known as Ray Teresi, our awesome sound guy) is putting on what sounds like it will be a heck of a show at Haymarket (737 W. Randolph.) The show is being called “A Live Lit Showdown: Readers vs. Tellers,” and among the performers is me – JH Palmer! Check out the Facebook invite for more info.
Speaking of shows you should check out, That’s All She Wrote is a proud community sponsor of The Revival, a salon styled poetry concert featuring queer women of color artists. The Revival is touring the country, and they’ll be in Chicago on Saturday, October 25 at Loyola University. Tickets can be purchased at Eventbrite. Check out the Facebook invite for more information.
And of course, mark your calendars for Sunday, November 9 at Great Lakes Tattoo for another edition of That’s All She Wrote!
